Why offer this service?
ACAD have worked with children and young people in residential care since 2002.
In recognition of the need to become more focussed on early intervention and crisis prevention, ACAD feel they can offer an alternative, contributing to the possibility of families staying or coming back together.
Often when young people leave the care of ACAD or other residential services, a short period of intensive support rehabilitating them with parents or carers could increase the possibility of success with families being able to stay together.
